Hello, I am getting a BiBag leak alarm on a machine with 12,000hrs. There is no leak visible from the bibag. The machine runs fine on a jug with no other alarms. The bibag door was replaced a few months ago so i would rule that out. If I take the bag off and put the same bag back on the alarm goes away and does not return. Also, the alarm always happens shortly after the start of the treatment. I have performed the regulator pressure calibration and all other pressures seem fine as well. Has anyone ever had a similar problem? Any ideas are welcome. Thank you in advance.

We just started using bibags yesterday and I've had 3 machines with the same alarm. Each time I've cycled the power and that corrected the issue. I'm not sure where to look either..

Had this alarm last week as well. Changed bibag out for new one and issue has not shown back up. Checked machine for an actual leak and there was none

tighten the bibag air separator chamber screws on top or the valve might be bad Replace a new zip ties on the 2 bottom hoses
