I have seen this a few times in my clinical setting when a full complete rinse wasn't performed after a chemical rinse performed or after bleaching the Ro loop was performed, even if the drain is clear of residual. And the fix has always been putting through complete rinse then hitting the confirm button after that rinse. This was with non bibag machines.
I have Bibag machines in my acute site and was told that this message appears every day on one machine- regardless of what program you use, IE heat, chemical, acid, dialysis, or rinse. I am assured they are confirming after the rinse and bleach has cleared. No matter what you put this machine in it reads high conductivity even after just a heat cycle. When checking at the drain it is clear of residual.
Condo cell issue is my guess, but I don't want to just throw parts at it. Any help is appreciated in advance.

Try resetting the circuit boards.
