OLC cancels, Cant calibrate condo cell's stuck at first point. Changed function board and sensor board. Calibrated Temp sensors and temp control. Rebuilt bicarb pump. Changed post condo cell. Any help on this would be great. Possible leak I cant see?

Did you check your acid pump? Sometimes a broken spring will prevent the conductivity from going to up to 15.5 but allow the conductivity to be OK in the normal range.

What code from 1-6 OLC are you getting?
When you calibrated your temp control, what was your conductivity? Was it stable? I would not calibrate temp control if your conductivity is all over the place.
