I know it's obvious, but did you change valve 108? I had this exact thing happen to me, and I tried all the things you mentioned, but finally changed valve 108 which is the rinse port valve over on the right side by itself. That was my issue. I had this same exact issue and FKC told me to change boards, interface, actuator, entire bibag hydraulics assembly, turns out after FKC stated that it could not be one of the valves due to being able to calibrate dialysate and pressure regulators and all pumps and motor's were within specs. I took it upon myself to change v108 that stopped it from ever reoccurring again. After changing that I made sure everything was still within specs all pumps, motors and pressures and have not returned since. I hope this helps someone because it took me almost 2 weeks to come to this conclusion but try that it just might work.

Have the same exact issue V104/V108 stuck closed timer on 0:00 blinking(end of rinse),bob in up position, flow pump not stopping & blue connector(male) water squirting on service mode. Replaced bibag hydraulic assy(brand new), swapped ALL boards except board inside beige box(dist bx 2),swapped V104 V108. Any ideas, called TS was not able to resolve issue. Your help will be highly appreciated

Remove both wands cut back and inch or so of tubing, rebuild spikes while you’re at it then put it back together. Problem solved 9 times out of ten. It’s just getting some air

replace the Bob, I had and issue before and after 3 months I found out the the bob was getting stuck on the top, replaced it and cleared the problem machine never come out for that error. I've had 2 machines that had V104/108 stuck issues where timer reaches 0:00 and keeps blinking, rinse is continuous, flow indicator (bob) is all the way up. Replacing the flow indicator (bob) solve the issue. BIC press wants to vent but since bob is stuck all the way up creating restriction, BIC press failing to go down or close to 0.

It would be a wonderful world if the staff would empty the bibag before yanking it off the machine while under pressure. Also turning off the flow before changing wand from wall to jug. JOB SECURITY!!

Assuming ALL "connections" are in place correctly and ALL valves are functional and ALL pumps/motors are on specs, Put machine on rinse. interrupt by opening bibag connector cover, leave it open for a maybe 10 seconds or less, resume rinse and let it finish, press confirm. Try it.

I have a machine that is giving me V104/108 stuck closed at the end of rinse cycle. It started with acid transducer (106) not being able to be calibrated. I changed out pressure transducer 106 and rinsed and that is when I got the V104/108. I have changed 104 and 108 as well as the board in distribution box 2 and pressure transducer 110. I also swapped the bibag interface board with a known good machine and no resolution. Bic Press does go to 800 during rinse and when you open the bibag door it drops to 4. After rinse and I get the message I did notice that the Bic Press did drop to -600. Been banging head on desk trying to figure this out. Please help my head is starting to hurt.

Traced all my hydraulics and found that I had switched the lines on 105 and 104 on the top of the valves. Switched them back and error cleared with rinse. Dumb rookie mistake that caused me headaches.

But you found it, and that is the best part.

I had this issue, i have replaced transducer 106, valve 108 and even exchange some boards to see if the alarm would clear but it didn't. in my case, the one thing that worked was to open the bic pump. When I tried to open the pump, there was some obstruction in the inlet port and when I did open the pump, it made some air noise and this fixed my problem.

Were you able to fix the issue? I have a the same issue, but only when I put the machine in dialysis.
